Nissan Armada 2025-2026 Service and Repair Manual: Removal and Installation
REMOVAL
Remove front heater & cooling unit assembly and front blower unit assembly. Refer to Removal and Installation.
Disconnect front mode door motor harness connector 
.
Remove fixing screws , and then remove front mode door motor.
INSTALLATION
Install in the reverse order of removal.

With CONSULT
Perform self-diagnosis of “Display unit” using CONSULT. Refer to CONSULT Function.

Skip to step 4 of the diagnosis procedure if “Display unit” is not displayed.

Diagnosis Procedure
CHECK AUTO OPEN/CLOSE FUNCTION
Check auto open/close function using automatic back door switch.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES>>
GO TO 2.
NO>>
Refer to Diagnosis Procedure.
CHECK AUTOMATIC BACK DOOR CLOSE SWITCH
Check automatic back door close switch.
Refer to Component Function ...
LIQUID GASKET
REMOVAL OF LIQUID GASKET SEALING
After removing mounting nuts and bolts, separate the mating surface using the seal cutter [SST: KV10111100 (NI-37228)] (A) and remove old liquid gasket sealing.
CAUTION:
Never damage the mating surfaces.
Tap the seal cutter [SST: KV10111100 (NI-37228)] to insert it ...
