The heated steering wheel does not warm up.
The heated steering wheel system cannot be turned OFF.
Diagnosis Procedure
PERFORM SELF-DIAGNOSIS
With CONSULT
Ignition switch ON.
Select “Self Diagnostic Result” mode of “HVAC” using CONSULT.
Check DTC.
Is DTC detected?
