Removal and Installation
REMOVAL
CAUTION:
Never damage the windshield glass and any parts.
Manual Anti-dazzling
Remove cover. Refer to the following.

Without ProPILOT ASSIST 2.1: Removal and Installation.

With ProPILOT ASSIST 2.1: Removal and Installation.
Remove inside mirror assembly fixing screw 
.
Remove inside mirror assembly as shown in the figure.
CAUTION:
Never use excessive force to remove the inside mirror assembly because it is inserted tightly into the inside mirror base.
Auto Anti-dazzling
Remove cover. Refer to the following.

Without ProPILOT ASSIST 2.1: Removal and Installation.

With ProPILOT ASSIST 2.1: Removal and Installation.
Disconnect inside mirror assembly harness connector .
Remove inside mirror assembly fixing screw .
Remove inside mirror assembly as shown in the figure.
CAUTION:
Never use excessive force to remove the inside mirror assembly because it is inserted tightly into the inside mirror base.
INSTALLATION
Note the following item, and then install in the reverse order of removal.
CAUTION:
Tighten inside mirror assembly fixing screw to the specified torque. Refer to Exploded View.
