Passenger door does not lock/unlock using door lock and unlock switch.
Diagnosis Procedure
CHECK DOOR LOCK ACTUATOR
Check door lock actuator (passenger side).
Refer to Diagnosis Procedure.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES>>GO TO 2.
NO>>Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.
REPLACE BCM

Replace BCM. Refer to Removal and Installation.

Confirm the operation after replacement.
Is the result normal?
YES>>INSPECTION END
NO>>Check intermittent incident. Refer to Intermittent Incident.

REMOVALRemove luggage side lower finisher RH. Refer to Removal and Installation.
Disconnect rear mode door motor harness connector .

Remove fixing screws , and then remove rear mode door motor.
INSTALLATIONInstall in the reverse order of removal. ...
