Remove the luggage side lower finisher. Refer to Removal and Installation.
Remove rear pillar speaker mounting screws 
, and then remove rear pillar speaker 
.
Remove bracket mounting bolts , and then remove bracket .
INSTALLATION
Installation is the reverse order of removal.
