Description

Vehicle specification needs to be written with CONSULT because it is not written after replacing the ABS actuator and electric unit (control unit). For details the operation, refer to “CONSULT Operation Manual”.

Work Procedure [After Replace ABS actuator and electric unit (control unit)]

WRITING VEHICLE SPECIFICATION

With CONSULT

Perform writing vehicle specification to ABS actuator and electric unit (control unit) according to "Replace ECU" in CONSULT Operation Manual.

GO TO 2.

PERFORM NECESSARY WORK

  1. Perform configuration. Refer to Description.

  2. Perform air bleeding. Refer to Description.

  3. Perform adjustment of steering angle sensor neutral position. Refer to Description.

  4. Perform calibration of decel/side G sensor. Refer to Description.

  5. Adjustment of rear brake caliper initialization position. Refer to Description.

  6. Perform the change of system mode. Refer to Description.

  7. Perform self-diagnosis for “All self diagnosis result”.

  8. Erase the memory of self-diagnosis results.
