Nissan Armada 2025-2026 Owner's Manual: Basic information

To preserve the premium cabin environment of your Nissan Armada, it is important to regularly clean and maintain all interior surfaces.

Begin by removing loose dust and debris from interior trim, seats, and plastic components using a vacuum cleaner or a soft-bristled brush. This helps prevent abrasive particles from damaging delicate materials inside the Nissan Armada.

For vinyl and leather surfaces in the Nissan Armada, use a clean, soft cloth lightly dampened with a mild soap solution. After cleaning, wipe the surfaces again with a dry, soft cloth to restore their natural finish.

Consistent care is especially important for leather upholstery in the Nissan Armada, as proper maintenance helps retain its softness, durability, and original appearance over time.

Before applying any fabric protector, carefully read the product manufacturer’s instructions to ensure compatibility with Nissan Armada interior materials.

Some fabric protectors may contain chemicals that can discolor or damage seat fabrics, so always test products on an inconspicuous area first.

When cleaning the meter and gauge lenses in the Nissan Armada, use only a soft cloth slightly dampened with water to avoid scratching or damaging sensitive surfaces.

WARNING

  • Do not use wax or silicone-based products inside the Nissan Armada cabin. These substances may damage interior finishes or interfere with electronic components.
  • Avoid using water, steam cleaners, or acidic cleaning agents on the seats of the Nissan Armada, as this may damage seat materials and affect occupant classification sensors.

This may interfere with proper airbag system operation and could result in serious injury.

CAUTION

  • Never use benzine, thinner, or similar harsh chemicals on Nissan Armada interior surfaces.
  • Always use a soft cloth dampened with water. Avoid rough cloths, alcohol-based products, solvents, or chemically treated paper towels, as these may scratch or discolor surfaces.
  • Do not spray liquids directly onto the Nissan Armada meter lens or instrument panel. Moisture may penetrate components and cause malfunction.
  • Remove dirt and debris from leather surfaces promptly, as small particles can act as abrasives and damage the finish.

Avoid using saddle soap, waxes, oils, detergents, or ammonia-based cleaners on Nissan Armada leather surfaces.

  • Use only fabric protectors approved for use in the Nissan Armada to ensure compatibility and safety.
  • Do not use glass or plastic cleaners on meter or gauge lens covers, as they may cause damage or clouding.
  • Avoid spilling substances such as air fresheners, perfumes, cosmetics, or sunscreen on Nissan Armada interior surfaces.

These may cause permanent stains, discoloration, cracking, or peeling depending on their chemical composition. Clean immediately with a soft cloth if contact occurs.

  • Avoid using chlorine-based cleaning agents such as chlorine dioxide or hypochlorous acid on Nissan Armada interiors, as they may cause corrosion, paint damage, or deterioration.

If disinfection is required, use ethanol solutions below 75%, apply with a damp cloth, and wipe dry immediately. Be aware that ethanol is flammable.

  • Do not use chloride-based cleaners on aluminum trim components in the Nissan Armada, as this may cause permanent damage.

Regular interior cleaning not only enhances comfort but also helps maintain the long-term value and premium feel of your Nissan Armada.
