REMOVAL
CAUTION:
When washer tank assembly is removed, washer fluid may come out so prepare a container to receive washer fluid and never allow washer fluid to be sprinkled.
Fully open hood assembly.
Remove washer tank inlet fixing clip
, and then remove washer tank inlet and washer tank cap.

Remove fender protector RH. Refer to Removal and Installation.
Disconnect front washer tube A
from washer pump, washer pump tube
from connector, and washer pump harness connector
.

Disconnect washer level switch harness connector
.

Remove washer tank assembly mounting bolts.
Slide to release engaged point of washer tank assembly and hoodledge assembly RH, and then remove washer tank assembly according to the numerical order 1→2 indicated by arrows as shown in the figure.

Remove washer pump and packing from washer tank. Refer to Removal and Installation.
Remove washer level switch and packing from washer tank. Refer to Removal and Installation.
INSTALLATION
Note the following items, and then install in the reverse order of removal.
CAUTION:
Slide washer tank assembly
to install engaged points
of washer tank assembly and
of hoodledge assembly RH
according to the numerical order 1→2 indicated by arrows as shown in the figure.

After installation, refill washer tank assembly with washer fluid, and then check that there is no leakage.
