Braking precautions

The brake system in the Nissan Armada is engineered with dual independent hydraulic circuits to enhance safety. This design ensures that even if one circuit fails, braking capability is still maintained on two wheels, allowing the driver to retain a level of control in emergency situations.

Hydraulically-assisted brakes

The Nissan Armada features a hydraulically-assisted braking system in which a hydraulic pump operates in conjunction with electronic assistance to provide consistent and responsive braking performance.

When pressing the brake pedal in the Nissan Armada, you may notice a faint motor sound. This is a normal characteristic of the system as hydraulic pressure builds within the accumulator and does not indicate any malfunction.

Using the brakes
