CHECK AUTO RETRACTABLE DOOR MIRROR SYSTEM OPERATION
Set the auto retractable door mirror to be operable with the combination meter.
Check operation of auto retractable door mirror system.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES>>INSPECTION END
NO>>GO TO 2.
CHECK POWER WINDOW MAIN SWITCH AND PASSENGER DOOR MIRROR CONTROL MODULE POWER SUPPLY AND GROUND CIRCUIT
Check power window main switch and passenger door mirror control module power supply and ground circuit.
Power window main switch: Refer to Diagnosis Procedure.
Passenger door mirror control module: Refer to Diagnosis Procedure.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES>>GO TO 3.
NO>>Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.
CHECK POWER WINDOW MAIN SWITCH OR PASSENGER DOOR MIRROR CONTROL MODULE LIN COMMUNICATION CIRCUIT
Check power window main switch and passenger door mirror control module LIN communication circuit.
Power window main switch: Refer to Diagnosis Procedure.
Passenger door mirror control module: Refer to Diagnosis Procedure.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES>>GO TO 4.
NO>>Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.
REPLACE BCM
Replace BCM. Refer to Removal and Installation.
Confirm the operation again.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES>>INSPECTION END
NO>>Check intermittent incident. Refer to Intermittent Incident.
