Diagnosis Procedure
CHECK MOONROOF UNIT ASSEMBLY
Check the following items.

Damage, deformation or trapped foreign material of slide rail.

Insufficient application of grease to sliding section of slide rail. Refer to Removal and Installation.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES>>GO TO 2.
NO>>Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.
CHECK MOONROOF MOTOR ASSEMBLY POWER SUPPLY AND GROUND CIRCUIT
Check moonroof motor assembly power supply and ground circuit. Refer to Diagnosis Procedure.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES>>GO TO 3.
NO>>Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.
CHECK LIN COMMUNICATION CIRCUIT
Check LIN communication circuit. Refer to Diagnosis Procedure.
YES>>
GO TO 4.
NO>>Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.
CHECK MOONROOF SWITCH
Check moonroof switch. Refer to Component Function Check.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES>>Replace moonroof motor assembly. Refer to Removal and Installation.
NO>>Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.
