CHECK ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION
Fully open the moonroof.
Place a piece of wood near the fully closed position.
Close the moonroof completely with auto closed.
Check that moonroof opens for approximately 145 mm (5.71 in) without pinching a piece of wood and stops.
Fully open the sunshade.
Place a piece of wood near fully closed position.
Close the sunshade completely with auto closed.
Check that sunshade opens for approximately 145 mm (5.71 in) without pinching a piece of wood and stops.
CAUTION:
Never check with hands or another part of the body because they may be pinched. never get pinched.
When the distance between pinching position and fully-open position is less than 145 mm (5.71 in), moonroof or sunshade reverses to fully-open position.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES>>END
NO>>Perform initialization procedure. Refer to Description.
