Perform writing vehicle specification to the display unit according to "Replace ECU" in CONSULT Operation Manual.

Remove air breather hose A from transfer assembly.
Remove clip A .
Remove clip B .
Remove A/T air breather hose. Refer to Removal and Installation.
Release clip C and remove air breather hose assembly from bracket.

Remove fuel pump fuse.
NOTE:
For the fuse number, Refer to Wiring Diagram.
For the fuse arrangement.
Start engine.
After engine stalls, crank it two or three times to release all fuel pressure.
Ignition switch OFF.
