PERFORM WASTEGATE VALVE CLOSED POSITION LEARNING VALUE CLEAR
With CONSULT
On the CONSULT screen, select “ECM” >> “Work support” >> “WASTEGATE ACTUATOR POSI LEARN VALUE CLEAR”.
Touch “Start”.
Check that “COMPLETED” is displayed. If “COMPLETED” is not displayed, repeat the above.
GO TO 2.
PERFORM NEW CLOSED POSITION LEARNING
With CONSULT
Check that the engine is cold [coolant temperature : 50 °C (122 °F) or less].
On CONSULT screen, select “ECM” >> “Data monitor” >> "Wastegate valve closed position learning bank 1" and "Wastegate valve closed position learning bank 2"
Check that “INCMP” is displayed.
Ignition switch OFF and wait at least 10 seconds.
Ignition switch ON and wait at least 10 seconds.
Is “CMPLT” displayed on CONSULT screen?
YES>>END
NO>>Check that the engine is cold [coolant temperature: 50 °C (122 °F) or less] And then, perform step 3 and 4 again.
