Treadwear
The treadwear rating represents a comparative measure of how quickly a tire wears under controlled testing conditions on a standardized government test course.
For instance, a tire with a treadwear rating of 150 will last approximately one and a half times longer than a tire rated at 100 under identical test conditions.
However, real-world performance of tires on your Nissan Armada may vary significantly depending on driving habits, maintenance practices, road conditions, and environmental factors.
Traction AA, A, B and C
Traction ratings indicate the tire’s ability to stop on wet pavement under controlled test conditions.
The grades, from highest to lowest, are AA, A, B, and C. A tire marked with a lower grade (such as C) may provide reduced wet braking performance.

The traction grade assigned to a tire for your Nissan Armada is based solely on straight-line braking tests and does not account for acceleration, cornering ability, hydroplaning resistance, or maximum traction performance.
Temperature A, B and C
Temperature grades reflect a tire’s resistance to heat generation and its ability to dissipate heat under controlled laboratory conditions.

WARNING
The temperature rating is based on properly inflated and correctly loaded tires. Driving your Nissan Armada at high speeds, with under-inflated tires, or with excessive load can lead to dangerous heat buildup and potential tire failure.
